Review: Robot Chicken – “Link’s Sausage”

Spoilers Below!

 

Punky Power-

When a couple of boys ridicule her for her remote control car, Punky unleashes “Punky Power” on them. But it’s not the normal “believe in yourself” nonsense. She destroys them with lasers and vows to destroy the world. Her stepfather is able to talk her down but as soon as he does, her imaginary cat unleashes the beast with a metal bat to the back of her head.

Multiple Muggs-

Clarice keeps getting clues about Buffalo Bill but every time she tries to leave she gets hit in the face with shit from the naked cellmate. The good news is that after every face full she gets new clues. The bad news is that she’s been headed the wrong way to leave the prison the entire time.

The skit went a little long but I’ll laugh every single time someone gets hit in the face with poop.

Snake Mountain-

Skelator is super pissed that Snake Mountain is now the tallest point in Eternia. It’s not that he dislikes the fame, but he hates all of the douchebag climbers that have come to scale the summit. After he steps in shit because he was avoiding all the littered Clif bar wrappers, he decides to blow the top off of the mountain to get rid of the climbers. So he and Beast-Man head to the top with some TNT but when they set the charge both are trapped under a rock. While Skelator sleeps, Beast-Man escapes like Franco in 127 Hours and claims the throne.

Skip This Sketch-

Nothing really to skip here. All of the jokes really found their mark this week. This is a very good sign for the rest of the season because the special and episode one were both really solid. Could we be seeing the best season of Robot Chicken yet?
