Reddit AMA Recap: Will Forte wants another crack at ‘Clone High’

Last month the brilliant Will Forte took part in a Reddit AMA where he answered a bunch of questions mostly about his masterpiece of a film MacGruber and the whereabouts of the sequel. Oh yea, and he has an Oscar nominated movie called Nebraska…

In any case, the now current cast member of the recently picked up Moonbeam City also had a bunch to say about his time as a brilliant voice actor on the show Clone High where he played the role of ”Abe Lincoln”. Someone during the Reddit AMA had a really great question regarding Will’s role as ”Abe”.

Do you think Abe and Joan ever get unfrozen and hook up, or will their heartbreak remain frozen in time… just like them?

As for Abe and Joan, I hope one day we’ll get another crack at Clone High so we can answer these unresolved questions. I loved that show and thought it ended too soon!

Evidently, Will Forte IS returning as ”Abe Lincoln” in the upcoming Lego Movie which is being directed by Clone High producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller!

Thanks very much! Did you know that the guys who did Clone High also did Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, 21 Jump Street and the soon-to-come 22 Jump Street and Lego Movie? And they let me reprise my role as Abe Lincoln in the Lego Movie — it’s a tiny part, but it was really fun to work with those guys again — they’re amazing!

However, this little tidbit of info surely didn’t do anything to stop the raging Clone High fans whom were asking who the hell Abe chose near the end Cleo or Joan:

 I cannot answer your Clone High question. I’m hoping that one day the series will resume and if that happens I would hate to spoil it for you. Also, I have no idea!
