Ratings Are In 2/15/16: FOX Toons Tumble

That looks sharp.
That looks sharp.

Wow, this might be the most depressing ratings story yet. Deadline.com is reporting that The Simpsons just hit its Season 27 low last night, with Family Guy and Bordertown also suffering crazy overnight losses. Bob’s Burgers seemed to be ok, though, probably buoyed by the fact that it just came off a WGA Awards win. Here’s what the report has to say:

In its first set of originals since January 17, Fox’s comedy block saw The Simpsons(1.3/4) down 28% in the demo from its last original to hit a Season 27 low. Otherwise Bob’s Burgers (1.0/4) was even with its last original while Family Guy (1.2/4) declined 29% to match a season low as Bordertown (0.7/2) dropped 42%.

A lot of shit went down last night. The Walking Dead had its Midseason finale, and the network does very little promotion for its cartoons anymore. Hopefully, next week will be better with a Daytona 500 lead-in.
