“Overwatch” Animated Series Season Two In Production

Find out when we can expect more Overwatch.

Blizzard Entertainment director Jeff Kaplan told Polygon in a recent interview that he is currently in production with his team on the second season of Overwatch animated shorts, inspired by the massively popular game of the same name.

Overwatch is a highly stylized team-based shooter set in a future worth fighting for. Every match is an intense multiplayer showdown pitting a diverse cast of soldiers, scientists, adventurers, and oddities against each other in an epic, globe-spanning conflict.

No word yet on a premiere date, but it sounds like they could be streaming before the end of the year. Until then, you can watch season one of Overwatch here.
