ICYMI: James Hetfield was on American Dad! and Key and Peele were on ‘The Muppets’

Just in case if you watched both shows or they are still on your DVR waiting to be watch, two big things happened this week in television so far and you should probably know about both of them.

Yes, that was Metallica front man James Hetfield of Metallica on American Dad! on Monday Night playing the role of “James Hetfield” the polo coach seen here looking just like the Hall of Fame front man, but doing a way more low-key job. Metallica music was also played throughout the episode, and you can get our full recap and review of the episode here.

The other big guest stars were Key and Peele showing up on The Muppets the other night for the rebooted version of the struggling ABC show. People.com has a clip you can see, but really they were trying to do everything they can to make sure the show didn’t get cancelled, which inevitably, it will, despite a MUCH improved effort from the show’s new producers.
