In his latest video collaboration with ATTN:, Maher describes the red planet as an “airless, lifeless, freezing shithole” and criticizes a bill recently signed by President Donald Trump calling for a manned mission to Mars — to the tune of $450 billion.

Comedian Bill Maher has a simple message for politicians and billionaires who want to prioritize space travel over preserving life here on Earth — “Fuck Mars.”
