Gravity Falls season two return announced!

We haven’t seen a new episode of Gravity Falls since March 2015 on Disney XD, and that’s kinda bull shit. This is a series that is as close to a serial animated series as you are going to find on television, and yet we have to wait MONTHS and I mean MONTHS until the continuation. Thankfully, there’s light at the end of the tunnel, because we now know when this summer Gravity Falls season two will pick back up again thanks to show creator Alex Hirsch:

Yep! July 2015 is when we can expect new episodes of Gravity Falls, and seeing as how we are JUST getting the June premiers late last week, it might not be until late this month when we learn specifically date/time. In any case, it’s great to finally get an update on the series.
