English Dub Review: Interviews with Monster Girls “Demi-chans Want to Swim”

Final episode, and while nothing actually happens this week in terms of plot or why this show needed to exist, Interviews with Monster Girls did offer a few redeeming features. For starters, Sakie in a bathing suit that is, in fact, soaking wet. But, for fans looking for a whole lot of resolve you’re not gonna get it. Nothing really pans out for Sakie and Tetsuo, and really we just spend most of the time in the pool. I kept waiting for a water volleyball game to be played with Kyoko’s head, but none of that happens.
We’ll go into more detail in a review of the entire season, but overall, Interviews with Monster Girls is a show about nothing, so I shouldn’t be surprised that we got a finale about nothing, but to really lay on a thick layer of nothing was just cruel.
