Two-time Oscar nominated director Bill Plympton will present clips from his brand-new animated feature CHEATIN’ as a work-in-progress. He will screen pencil tests and sequences and discuss the successful Kickstarter campaign that raised funds to complete the film, plus plans for distribution.
