Fresh off a 24th Season of The Simpsons and being part of a really cool documentary for FOX called ‘Day in the Life’ , Yeardley Smith (Lisa) is going to be making a few stops in New Zealand to help promote the animated series!  Turns out she will be making stops at two Pup Culture Expos (known as Cons here in the States). This weekend she will be appearing at the Armageddon Expo at the Claudelands Arena and next weekend she will be at WestPac Stadium for another one.

XBOX TV is on the way, now bring back Your Dungeon, My Dragon please

It certainly beats the shit out of the live-action Halo series. First thing’s first. The live-action Halo series sounds like a horrible idea for the XBOX One. If you really need Halo related shit, go watch Red vs Blue because it’s FAR superior. That said when I first heard about XBOX TV, the first show I really wanted to come back was Your Dungeon, [...]

Here are the season numbers for Animation Domination according to Deadline.com:

16 FOX FAMILY GUY 21 3.6/9
31 FOX THE SIMPSONS 20 2.9/8
43 FOX AMERICAN DAD 18 2.6/6
60 FOX BOB’S BURGERS 23 2.2/6
79 FOX CLEVELAND SHOW-SUN 8:30 4 1.9/5
94 FOX THE CLEVELAND SHOW 16 1.6/5

The one thing you guys should take from this is the growth of American Dad. We are going to talk more about this next week, but this is how most cartoons work where you have to give them a couple years and then BOOM they turn into money makers because those shows work better on word to mouth I think. Not surprisingly, Family Guy leads the pack and rightfully so. Next week expect season reviews for all of these shows and see how they graded in terms of quality.

Matt Taylor (best known for his work on Superjail and Supanatural) is evidently working on a new series for Machinima’s Realm Studio and while not much is known about it we do have a still as posted on Twitter by the studio. You can check it out after the jump, but you may actually have more questions going in than you had if you hadn’t checked it at all. That said, Matt’s gonna get busier soon because Superjail was just announced for a Season 4 return AND Supanatural was probably the best animated series on Amazon so yea…get back to work Matt (we can see you).  Still after the jump!
