‘Camp WWE’ animated series gets promo/info on WWE Network

I gotta say, Wrestlemania 31 was one of the best events I’ve seen all year, and moreover the WWE Network is not to be taken lightly. Vince McMahon and Co. have put together a business that could change the face of sports and entertainment. For only $10 I get a bunch of PPV’s, and original content mixed with archives upon archives of more WWE content? It’s a steal.

Last night on WWE’s Wrestlemania, fans were treated to a first-look at Camp WWE featuring an intro to a trailer from Robot Chicken’s Seth Green. The fascinating thing about this is although Seth and Co. were responsible in producing WWE Slam City, I was under the impression that it was Film Roman that was producing Camp WWE. With Seth doing this intro, it looks as though Stoopid Buddy Stoodios is behind things, and the results look promising.

Seth confirmed that Camp WWE is no Slam City, and in fact the series is rated TV-MA and should premier sometime in 2015. When that is wasn’t specified, but I am eagerly anticipating this show, and I think Seth Green is just the man for the job to make sure this show comes off the top rope with tons of laughs.
