BoJack Horseman gets picked up for Season Two on Netflix
Despite lukewarm reviews, Netflix has quickly announced that they are picking up BoJack Horseman for a second season! No word yet as to when it will premier, but my guess is around the same time next year.
For those that don’t know, according to The Hollywood Reporter, BoJack Horseman is an animated series that features a voice cast that includes Will Arnett as BoJack, a failed legendary star from a 1990s family sitcom Horsin’ Around trying to navigate his way through self-loathing, whiskey and failed relationships. Breaking Bad‘s Aaron Paul voices his human sidekick, Todd, with Amy Sedaris voicing BoJack’s feline agent and former love interest.Alison Brie and Paul F. Tompkins also co-star.
The series was created by Raphael Bob-Waksbergand hails from Michael Eisner‘s Tornante Co. Steven A. Cohen and Noel Bright exec produce alongside Arnett and Paul. BoJack was designed by Lisa Hanawalt and animated by ShadowMachine.
