‘Animals’ set to attack Sundance
The first two episodes of a brand-new animated series coming from Phil Matarese & Mike Luciano entitled Animals is set to premier next Monday during the Special Events section of the Sundance Film Festival. The series already has ten episodes in the hopper, and the guys are actively shopping the series to networks with hopes for a pickup, and with the loaded (and I mean LOADED) voice cast featured in the almost 90 second trailer, you would think it wouldn’t take THAT much more to make it official.
Already announced are Rob Corddry, Paul Scheer, Aziz Ansari, Nick Kroll, and a slew of other notable talents. As you can see, the series follows the scummy life of being animals living in NYC. Think The Life and Times of Tim, but with animals instead of people and that’s more or less what I’m getting thus far. Check it out below:
Hi Ashley, thank you so much for reading and we love the feedback. Note that on that day we had 14th posts go up and only ten posts show on the front page, so it's possible the preview had already been archived by the time you got to it. One recommendation would be to add our RSS feed to your favorite news aggregator service like Feedly, this way you get all of the latest posts!
